    Relationship with Money

'Money is a form of energy'

    -Dr. Maria nemeth

    Ep. 33: Relationship with Money

Our relationship with this energy of money reminds us that money is simply a form of energy. Many years ago, money was in the form of things we could barter, like cows and sheep, but that became very difficult to barter for. The facts still remain that money is a form of energy and that you and I have a powerful relationship. We know what to do with it. We know where to focus it.

Money is a form of energy that can flow in and out of our lives. It is important to have a healthy relationship with money in order to attract and maintain financial abundance.

One way to create a positive relationship with money is to understand the energy of money. Money is a form of energy that responds to our thoughts, emotions, and actions. When we have positive thoughts and emotions about money, we attract more of it into our lives. Conversely, when we have negative thoughts and emotions about money, we repel it. Especially over the Christmas holidays and in terms of inflation like we are now, it is a time to look for ways to create a meaningful relationship with money that does not bring guilt and hangover later.

Often and again, Dr. Maria focuses on creating memories with friends and family rather than spending a lot of time on gifts that people may not remember a year to come after the holiday season, creating a seamless relationship with money.

Anxiety and guilt come to many people in January because of the extravagant spending over the holiday. She lists out activities that someone can adopt that are not necessarily expensive but enjoyable over the holiday season.

Such activities include going to movies that are old to watch with children, a straw into the neighborhoods, looking for discounted items in the stores, and making cookies with children. When we think this way, our tendency to overspend will diminish, looking out for ways we can contribute to others during the holiday season.

The meaning of holidays is to create memories and focus on what you would want to look back and remember. Rather than experiencing the guilt of overspending.

Another way to create a positive relationship with money is to be grateful for what we have. Gratitude is a powerful emotion that can attract more abundance into our lives. By expressing gratitude for the money we have, we are sending a message to the universe that we are open to receiving more.

Dr. Maria focuses on creating a positive relationship with money requires understanding the energy of money, focusing on abundance, expressing gratitude, and taking action toward our financial goals. By cultivating a positive relationship with money, we can attract more financial abundance into our lives and enjoy greater financial freedom and security.
